What you'll be doing:

• Joining a cross-functional team where you'll work with other engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Help implement ML and recommend features to improve user experience and engagement..
• Help architect scalable backend systems and APIs that leverage all business units to our Brand and deliver high-quality content to as many screens as possible.
• Develop, design, and deploy internal tooling to support metadata tracking and content delivery within our company.
• Strive towards our goals, like increasing viewer retention
• Give architectural insight in service of creating a high-performance front end that delivers features while improving experience for both external and internal users.

Experience with:

• AWS, GCP, Azure
• JavaScript/Nod.js, PHP, Python, or Java
• Front End frameworks: React, Ember, Angular
• Commercial and open-source database engines: MySQL, DynamoDB, BigQuery, Cloud Spanner, etc....
• RESTful APIs for external and internal products

Plusses: Experience with Customer CMS architectures, Docker/Kubernetes, Travis/CircleCI/GitHub, ML/AI/recommendation engineer, Video Engineering, Video Ad, CDP/Analytics (mParticle), APM platform integrations
