As a Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert you will:

• Drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations, scoping and formulating Salesforce Marketing Cloud operational engagements
• Have the opportunity to grow into a Practice Lead / Account Director
• Working with Digital, Mobile and Social Media engagements
• Lead strategy and oversee campaign execution for accounts in the CPG, Travel and Financial Services space
• Sell big ideas and develop client trust and confidence
• Focus on integrating digital media campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to produce better business outcomes
• Sell-in Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagements
• Own the direct servicing of several accounts providing recognized value to clients and generating opportunities for the agency
• Upsell and cross-sell service engagements to clients with the purpose of improving their business outcomes
• Lead strategic planning processes for the client and agency
• Develop presentations and proposals for clients and transfer feedback to internal resources in a concise and meaningful way
• Prepare for and lead large scale digital media programs
• Develop and maintain ongoing partner relationships; meet with industry representatives as needed to stay abreast of recent developments, opportunities and certifications
• Introduce new and innovative Salesforce Marketing Cloud techniques to clients that result in better marketing outcomes
• Prepare and deliver presentations at a high level of polish and professionalism
• Hire and Build teams
• Manage and develop junior team members
• This is a hands-on role requiring demonstrated leadership skills and a very deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and digital media

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 plus years of experience marketing Cloud and digital solutions
• 3 plus years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud operations, scoping and formulating Salesforce Marketing Cloud operational engagements
• Experience in consultancy or agency focused on helping clients get the most from Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Minimal travel required, occasional trips a few times a year
