What are we looking for?
Business Systems Analyst (Fulltime)

Irving, TX

Job Description:
Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stakeholders
Writing Detailed User Stories
Coordinating with UX/UI team to develop user experience design
Coordination with the stakeholder for getting sign offs on the user stories, wireframe and Mockups
Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stakeholders
Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement
Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction
Ability to demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.
Ability to capture the bugs/feedback during the walkthrough with the stakeholder
Active Participation in Bug Triage meetings

Qualifications:
Lending background, if not - Consumer Banking Experience preferred
Ability to understand the Business Problem
Excellent Analytical and logical reasoning
Must have strong working knowledge on Agile model.
Working experience on Mobile application and web enabled applications
Working experience on integration requirements which may be with third party services
Knowledge on BA tools and exceptional Documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good listening skills.
Strong background in business analysis and possess a high level of comfort with technology
Excellent presentation skills both internally and in customer environments
Must be creative, self-motivated, result-oriented, and pragmatic.
Ability to coordinate and run effective meetings.
Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal customers.
Ability to organize and multitask
Educational Qualification: Bachelors
5+ years of experience
