Summary
Works under general supervision. Responsible for the support and maintenance of existing applications, implementing information services projects, developing detailed system designs, defining computer program specifications and programs. Participate in business process analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Provides technical leadership to IS associates and the business community with respect to project implementation alternatives, hardware and software alternatives, and information services best practices. Additionally this position provides technology training and education to the business community.

Fulfilling ad-hoc information requests through the use of SQL queries and custom programs
