Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to deliver great user experiences
• User-centric development of high-quality code that is maintainable and testable
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
• Involved into application launch process.
• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.
• Help shape how hybrid technologies are utilized within our apps
• Improving our existing code base

Key Requirements:

• Candidate should be comfortable in the shift timing of 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
• 2 + years of industry experience
• Experience shipping one or more Android and iOS-based applications utilizing hybrid technologies
• While focus is on hybrid, a solid native coding background in either Android or iOS is required
• Ideal candidates will have a good understanding on how a JavaScript (or Transcript) bridge works and may have even built one
• Should have experience with working such as Angular 2 & TypeScript, Ionic, Google Console, App Build, Firebase
• Must have working knowledge of REST API (XML/JSON), PHP, HTML 5, CSS/bootstrap
• If you need to store information online, then you need to learn methods of syncing data to an online database (Firebase recommended)
• Excels at building hybrid experiences that are performant and is visually consistent with the native application
• Mobile web optimization techniques
• Ability to write clean, well factored UI code
• Passionate about creating and refining great mobile user experiences
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to learn new systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills
