Senior ReactJS Developer - Lead Retail is responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. He/she will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting front-end codebase. He / she should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end design and coding skills. He/she should also have a good understanding of developing progressive web applications and mobile apps. He / she should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.
He /she should coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the application. For example, work with back-end developers by integrating their work with the application back-end. Commitment to collaborative problem solving, adhering to best design, security practices and building quality products is essential. Must also be able to analyze requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications.He /she will be working as per the Technical Manager and Product Manager (strategy, road maps etc. ) of the various IT technologies involved and the ability to act as 2nd level expert in the various aspects of the underlying applications / systems.

- Act as 2nd level support for the solutions in scope.
- Ensure the technical aspects of the solutions match with surrounding ecosystems and the solution / business roadmap.
- Ensure alignment of technical design of the solution with overall IT architecture standards
- Perform all activities in accordance with the IT Service Center governance and policies.

Design, develop, deploy and run application user interfaces in scope using React.
The main responsibilities are:
- Design, develop, deploy and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React based user interfaces
- Design wireframes and Translating those designs into high quality code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Configure and deploy on cloud environments (Huroku, GCP, AWS)
- Perform day to day 2nd Level support.
- LH H&S policies and rules should be followed.
- Control and monitor Change Requests related to assigned applications and component services

PROFILE REQUIRED
Level of education/qualifications normally required:
- Bachelors / masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Should have extensive experience in developing user interfaces for Progressive Web Application and mobile applications using React.
Specific work experience:
- Expertise in design and development of intuitive user interface using React
- Expertise in developing user interfaces for PWAs and mobile apps
- Experience in Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP)
- Experience in integration with third-party services.
- Expertise on the various infrastructure and application components essential for the solution to run
Technical / functional skills:
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
