Role :

Seeing a highly capable machine learning engineer, who will introduce machine learning to extract valuable information from unstructured data, sourced from 400 public sites. Responsibilities includes all aspects of machine learning from the initial data analysis, though design, evaluation and finally developing and supporting the machine learning algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the machine learning algorithm that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability
• Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, them identifying difference in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world
• Verifying data quality and/or ensuring data cleaning
• Preparing training data
• Training models and running their hyperparameters
• Analyzing the errors of model and designing strategies to overcome them
• Deploying model to production
• Should be comfortable with rapid prototyping practices
• Good communication skill with colleagues and customer

Skill :

• Knowledge of Maths and probability
• Proficiency with deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar
• Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for ML such as scikit-learn and pandas
• Expertise in visualizing and manipulating big datasets
• Knowledge of OpenCV is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Linux OS
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud
• Ability to select hardware to run an ML model with the required latency
• Ability to understand the NLP framework such as Spacy
• Understanding of crawling framework like Scrapy would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to work in team and as an individual
