Key Responsibilities:

• Writing efficient, stable, testable, secure and reusable Laravel modules.
• The PHP Developer is expected to be able to perform all aspects of the web development tasks, including front- end, back- end, and database development.
• Following industry best practices such as effective source control, code reviews, daily builds, and automated deployments, within an agile culture.
• Configuration, updating and maintenance of Server.
• Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining the backend of existing development.
• Solving complex performance problems and technical architectural challenges.
• Contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Following industry best practices such as effective source control, code reviews, daily builds, and automated deployments, within an agile culture.
• Develop webpages and rich multi- media experiences according to the brief and technical specifications. The applicant is expected to possess strong problem-solving skills programming, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
• Communicate openly and effectively well within and across global teams, articulate technical solutions, and create documentation to accompany their work.
• Integrate / Develop to third-party APIs.

Required Skills:

• Essential: 3-5 years experience engineering web applications and digital services in Laravel (must have experience and knowledge in PHP Laravel Framework, PHP 7 and MySQL, backend development).
• 3-5 years experience solid understanding and experience with frontend web technology and frameworks such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, , AJAX, Git, Vue JS, Linux and AJAX.
• Proficiency with architecture patterns OP/OO, model view controller (MVC) / MVVM.
• API Integrations.
• Must have LAMP Stack Development in Laravel Framework.
• Must have experience using Maria DB database.
• Must have hands on experience in deployment of code, configuring and maintaining Apache/Nginx Server
• Must have experience working and managing websites in cPanel.
• Should have sound knowledge and experience in CSS, bootstrap 3.0, and responsive web development across all devices.
• Experience working around multiple parts of the software lifecycle.
• Experience working with test automation frameworks surrounded by lean/agile delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrable knowledge of writing performant apps via multithreading, compression etc.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and to communicate effectively.
• Experience with Mailchimp and integrated platforms as such.

Desired Skills:

• PM frameworks such as Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with other development technologies such as Node JS, .NET Core, Python and Ruby.
• Experience with IaaS services such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform or similar.
