As an UI/UX Designer, you must understand the psyche of our users and through design, create smooth, logical, and intuitive experiences for them.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Get qualitative and quantitative insights into user requirements.
• Embibe: AI-Powered Personalised Adaptive Learning & Outcomes Platform 1
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, flowcharts, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Present UI/UX design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporate their feedback to create the final designs.
• Share your brutally honest opinion in design/feature discussions with user context in mind.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools.
• Strong knowledge of design tools and software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good time management skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions clearly.
• You must have a portfolio of your design projects.
• A degree in Design, Computer Science, or related fields would be an advantage.
