1. Primary function is to carry out automation  testing. (Functional testing, Regression tests, System testing, Integration testing, and Database testing.)
2. Test Case Preparation, Review & Execution, Developing Test scripts, Test results Analysis, Test Design documentation, bug reporting, and Bug Tracking.
3. Must have knowledge of SDLC / STLC, Testing Fundamentals, and test processes & strategies.
4. Should have knowledge of test/ defect process and management tools

Job Requirements

1. knowledge of protocols like SSH, TLS/SSL, Http/Https based Web-services API testing and verification for network communication over socket
2. Knowldege of Linux OS commands is required.
3. Database familiarity with SQL Queries, database trigger/cursor and PL/SQL.
4. Knowldege and desire to work in Web based application/framework/technologies like Node.js, Apache/Tomcat server, AngularJS, PHP and JavaScript.
