Job Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of data analytics platforms like data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights by leveraging cloud-based platforms.
• Plan, execute an effective communication strategy for clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track and aligned to our clients goals.
• Manage teams in surfacing business requirements, functional design, process design and mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Assist in producing compelling visualizations and telling the story to the client based on what the data shows.
• Develop statements of work and/or client proposals.
• Lead diverse teams of employees, client employees, and third-party employees. Be a mentor to your younger team members.
• Engage in complex technical and business discussions with clients and vendors.
• Working on client engagement teams to assess current data sources and systems to analyze data availability and quality, level of process, system, and data automation, and capture reporting and analytics requirements.
• Working closely with your team members and assisting with data discovery, data modeling, and data load/ETL design.
• Liaising with development teams to implement data automation through ETL and APIs.
• Identifying data capture needs and suggesting solutions.
• Producing visualizations using BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, or Excel.
• Presenting visualizations and insights to the client.
• Planning and executing project work deliverables.
• Assisting with internal initiatives to analyze future trends, enhance client delivery, and improve operational performance

Requirements for a Successful Candidate

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any other related technical field.
• 6+ years of relevant data analytics consulting or related industry experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading information management and analytics projects through the full software development life cycle.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, problem solve, and deliver results.
• Willingness to learn, strong initiative, ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Extensive experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills (Lucidchart, MS PowerPoint).
• Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Analysis Services.
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure data services, such as Data Factory.
