- We are looking for a hands-on experienced technical lead to help us ship quality products at scale.

- We work across various enterprise products, trading systems, and top US startups tech startups using technologies such as Typescript, Node, Python, React, C++, and various others.

- This role needs you to be hands-on as well as take on the leadership role.

Some products which we have worked on :

1. Enterprise resource planning system for a Solar Energy startup for a startup in the USA.

2. Grazing Management software for a Stanford, MIT alum venture-funded SaaS-based company which got acquired by a US-based company.

3. Credit Card and mobile app for US consumers for a startup created by ex-Capital One execs.

4. Healthcare platform for the national network of private practice dentistry based in the US.

5. Home mortgage servicing platform for a startup created by ex-MIT, Harvard alums which recently received Series-A funding.

Responsibility :

1. Responsible for overall development to deployment of the product

2. Work with the product team to convert the requirements into technical requirements and own the overall technical architecture of the application.

3. Own product features, and their design, end-to-end implementation, unit, and manual tests.

4. Own product quality by delivering bug-free features, on time as well as addressing its production-related issues.

5. Help your peers by performing code reviews.

About you :

1. 5+ years of extensive experience in building modern web applications for a large-scale user base.

2. Strong understanding of Typescript, Node.js, React js or React Native, Express Js.

3. Good understanding of Data structures, algorithms, and Relational Databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL Databases.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of Object-Oriented Designs and Design Patterns.

5. Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency and ownership in your work.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. You are empathetic and collaborative with teammates.

8. You are comfortable with working at a fast pace and in an open environment.
