Job Overview:

We are looking for a Test Automation Architect with vast experience of implementing test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting Automation solutions for QA services, along with provide leadership in QA processes and establishing industry standards in organization. The position requires an experienced and ambitious candidate who is passionate about technology and is self-driven.

Job Description:

• Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach across the organization.
• Identifying and recommending the automated testing processes and tools in the organization.
• Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation across project teams in organization.
• Participate in Design and Architectural reviews of project teams and provide suggestions in terms of achieving Quality solution.
• Looking out always for new industry standards, tools with next level functionality that makes automation easy.
• Looking for the ways to increase the productivity of the team.
• Lead various technical and mentorship training across the organization.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of Web, Mobile, API testing technologies.
• Ongoing knowledge of automated testing industry best practices and trends.
• Should have good understanding on evolutionary architectures and design the framework according to system design.
• Knowledge of architectural styles and design principles & patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
• Good experience in one or more languages: C#/Java/Typescript/Python/Ruby.
• Good consulting, communication, convincing, presentation and Negotiation Skills
• Working experience as Automation lead in different test automation projects.
