Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple work streams and projects in a fast-paced environment by coordinating with cross-functional partners.
- Work collaboratively with the team to define and execute projects: develop plans, manage expectations, identify dependencies, communicate progress effectively, resolve issues, mitigate risks, deliver results on time, and support process improvements.
- Create and execute on the project plan, clearing a path for team members to work efficiently.
- Document and communicate resourcing needs, availability and commitments aligned with our priorities.
- Ensure clear status reporting is consistent and communicated at all levels of the organization.
- Prepare presentations and supporting documentation as needed for various forums and audiences.
- Identify improvements to processes and project management standards to enable growth and efficiencies in the organization.
- Update existing technical documentation to meet current processes and needs and create new documentation to cover gaps.
- Create and maintain well organized, comprehensive and accessible information about our data assets. This includes documenting various types of metadata (business, operational and technical).

- Work within and contribute to a complex ETL BI environment across multiple database BI technologies.
- Ability to understand and concisely communicate complex technical processes to a wide audience with differing levels of technical skills.
- Ability to self-research effectively from various sources and engage experts via interviews to capture inputs and documentation.
- Clear written & verbal communication skills.
- Passion for nuance and understanding edge cases.
- Experience working with BI, Analytics & Big Data Technologies (Hadoop is preferred).
- Ability to read complex SQL and discern both high level process as well as granular details.
