Technical Specialist.

Experience: 12 to 16 years

The candidate must have: (Code+Data+Testing+Tools)

• 12-16 years of work ex with ability to implement solutions in code/data/APIs on premise or on cloud. Essentially a full stack QA person with ability to understand application architectures
• Expert in framework designs using either of the following languages at expert level:
• o Java
• o C#
• o Python
• o R
• Should have designed and developed automation frameworks for enterprise level clients and delivered design libraries/packages providing the innovative edge including working on DevOps, APIs, data etc.
• Should have the capability to independently deliver as a lead software developer
• Expertise in Big data, cloud data solutions etc
• o Hadoop, Pig, Hive etc
• o Data lakes, Snowflake etc
• o Expertise in multiple tools (should ideally be tool agnostic with capability to pickup any new tool as well)
• o Automation tools like Tosca, UFT, Selenium as a minimum set
• o Data handling tools like Talend, Informatica
• o Test management tools like Micro Focus ALM, MTM (Microsoft Test Manager), qTest, Jira stack, Team concert etc
• o Expertise in Integration of tools
• Ability to deliver on quick and effective POCs
• Exposure to AI/ML will be a plus
• Exposure to at least one manufacturing or banking/finance domain or sub domain (which should match the areas of our engagement and growth – capital markets, leasing, lending, treasury, supply chains etc)
• Extensive knowledge of Test processes, Test Strategies
• Experience of managing large delivery projects
• Experience of developing technical solutions and GTM for taking the implemented solutions to market
• Team player with ability to adjust to aggressive timelines including multiplexing across different work/project areas
• Should be open to learning and delivering in new technology areas and if required to go into delivery for short duration
• Exposure to RFPs/RFIs
