Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have:

• Solid understanding of data fundamentals and tools
• Excellent knowledge of Python fundamentals and application
• Built applications for containerized deployment
• AI/ ML frameworks and toolkits viz. TensorFlow, Scikit learn, xgBoost is an advantage
• Conceptual understanding of machine learning algorithms - Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest
• Solid understanding of machine learning models.
• Expertise required in other database like Postgres, Redis
• Understand precision, recall and how to balance them
• Know where regex can get the job done vs a model and willingness to execute no matter the approach
• Must have 9-15 years as a data scientist.
• Being able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
• Expertise in Elasticsearch setup, development and maintenance is nice to have
• Familiar with AWS services, especially S3, big data services and DevOps tools
• B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant technical field
