Roles and Responsibilities

• Test programming and operation for control software functions and strategies based unit , integration and system/test architecture.
• Unit testing, Integration testing, Test-Level HIL and system test
• Domain commercial vehicle, Bus, Electric vehicles
• Working in an agile international team
• Development of test methods, test specifications, Execution of Tests, Reporting

The candidate would need to interact and align with global group companies and external partners for development areas.

Must Have:

• Team leadership experience and experience is setting up program/team
• Develop and execute strategies based on requirements, architecture Several years experience in software testing is mandatory, including software test tools and technologies like automation desk, control desk, BTC embedded test
• Several years experience in testing complex software modules on complex hardware systems
• Analyze, review test reports and development quality to make sure best practices are being followed Interact with Development team to define automation roadmaps, drive execution, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to authorize high-level and/or complex decisions within the function
• Experience providing regular feedback to team members and resolving performance issues
• Experience hiring, supervising, career development of the team and coaching a team Develop control software Product/System Practices and Procedures
