Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Manager

Duration: Full time

Must Have:

• Bachelors / Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in Software testing, at least 5+ years of Quality assurance Manager experience
• Very strong communication skills oral and written , critical thinking and problem-solving skills are must
• Experience in all phases of the SDLC including analysis, design, Test design, Test Execution, integration, maintenance, and Quality assurance testing.
• Ability to raise and manage Risk in the project.
• Knowledge in Salesforce, Mobile testing, Integration testing, Web services testing.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL concepts (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Very strong knowledge of software QA best practices,
• Ability to guide the team members on their projects, making sure quality of deliverables are met as per the standard.
• Experience in DevOps process with knowledge in CI/CD project delivery methodologies
• Able to learn new technical concepts in Salesforce platform quickly
• Experience in working with Agile teams
• Experience with managing, guiding, and monitoring Offshore QA team.
• Experience in developing positive and good relationships with team members

Good to haves:

• At least ISTQB Foundation or ISTQB Test manager certification
• Knowledge on Automation and performance testing.
• Salesforce PAB/ Admin certification

As we continue to grow and strengthen our team, we are looking to add experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager who can lead by example, being both customer-centric and service minded. This person will work side-by-side with customers to strategize, design, and implement simple to incredibly complex technical problems. The Software Quality Assurance Manager will have tons of autonomy along with the strong support, mentorship and guidance of the peers and leaders of the organization

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and guide software QA teams in the day-to-day performance of their work
• Guide, coach, and mentor software QA team members.
• Establish software Quality Assurance standards and processes along with best practices to deliver high-quality software
• Provide technical guidance and direction to QA team to make sure the implementation aligns to the customer needs
• Implement POCs and perform R&D activities
• Collaborate closely with team members and hold regular team meetings
• Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of Quality Assurance and empowering them to achieve their goals and be successful at their projects
• Plan and support career development/individual development of team members, by giving continuous coaching and mentoring
• Lead technical discussions for projects with team members and recommend best technical solution to team members
• Lead complex technical discussions with clients, clearly articulate options, benefits, and recommendations
• Establish trusted relationships with customer, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Work with customers and product managers to understand the business vision, needs, problems and translate that into technical solutions
• Responsible for conducting annual performance review of the team members
• Responsible for the team members deliverable quality and best practices adoption
