Position Title: Software DQA Engineer

Department: R&D

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design verification and production validation process from the perspective of functional,
  mechanical, electrical and software performance.
• Development of testing methodologies and procedures
• Ensure that test procedures and methods are verifiable, relevant, objective,

observable and measurable

• Communicate to the leadership the status of testing and escalations

Daily Key Tasks

• Test scheduling and planning (location and resources) and prioritization to ensuring

on-time and on-quality execution of the test plan.

• Quantify and communicate status, risks and escalations to leadership in terms of

business value, with the level of detail necessary

• Own test platform development for targeted testing of components or subsystems
• Serve as point of contact for customer/field related problems requiring additional

testing, and ensure that validation tests for field issues are developed and part of

generic regression testing

• Perform regular skills evaluation with regards to project and technology planning,

and ensure proper development trainings are in place and executed

• Manage the test area from the perspective of incoming/outgoing tests, equipment

availability and safety.

• Develop and manage a suite of generic test methodologies applicable across a wide

variety of products

• Make sure that testing defects are captured and reported.
• Drive rigorous application of lessons learned

Critical Skills and Personal Attributes

• Should have worked on Delphi technology.
• Proficient with MS Office
• ERP knowledge, ideally SAP, is a plus
• Familiarity with various packaging or converting processes is a plus
