Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist Management and Head of Technology to manage the engineering team, supervising engineers and assigning projects whenever required.
• Monitoring the overall development and report to the Head of Tech and CEO promptly.
• You will be responsible for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Cards & Payments Domain.
• Good Knowledge of ISO 8583 message structure, Visa, and Mastercard transactions. Knowledge of China Union Pay transactions would be an added advantage.
• Must have handled projects in Core Java/ J2EE / JSP, Servlets, JavaScript/JQuery, JSON, CSS, AJAX & Spring, Hibernate frameworks
• Should have knowledge of RDBMS and the use of SQL.
• Adhere to build-and-release schedules and strategies
• Expected 3-6 yrs experience
