Lodestone Software (Ahmedabad) is a software outsourcing company with more than 750+ employees. We are looking for strong Python & Ruby developers to join our growing Team and help build Software applications and Tools that help streamline enterprise processes and build efficiency.

This Position Requires :

• Expertise in object-oriented computer programming, especially Ruby and Python.
• Experience using SQL to store and manage large data sets.
• Familiarity with git version control.
• Experience analyzing and visualizing geospatial data using ArcGIS or similar software packages (e.g. QGIS).
• Ability to use standard tools (MatPlotLib, Tableau, etc.) to create clear, communicative data visualizations.
• Excellent quantitative analysis and modeling skills; ability to convert raw data and analysis results into insights.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent writing skills, visual presentation capability, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence, curiosity, and a desire to work collaboratively.
• A passion for advancing market-based solutions to climate change.
• 2+ years of experience in Python and Ruby

• Ability to listen actively, be diplomatic, and share knowledge and information well.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and willingness to plunge into unfamiliar disciplines.
