Primary Responsibilities:

• Positions in this function are responsible for reviewing to make sure a quality product is delivered to the customer
• Develop innovative solutions using new technologies and framework
• Assist leadership team in establishing project strategies, developing project plans, and cost/benefit analysis to ensuring project success
• Modifying software to fix errors, enhancements, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces
• Directing system testing and validation procedures
• Directing software programming and documentation development
• Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals
• Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system
• Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities
• Good time-management and communication skills
• Knowledge of any cloud technologies
• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, deployment of technology, and tool development
• Manages team members at the sub-project level, monitors goals and workflow, and is responsible for providing feedback on the performance
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree
• 3 - 4 Years of experience developing and implementing software applications
• Hands\u2010on experience running, deploying, and maintaining tools and web application
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Must be a full-stack developer and understand concepts of software engineering
• Experience with the following technologies:

o Database - MS SQL server, PL/SQL, MS Access
o Web Development –JavaScript, UI, WEB API2, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Angular Js and 7

• Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
