Purpose of Role

Be part of the ERM Platform team supporting the SAP S4 HANA implementation

Scope

Scope of work will be to work on application support and development tasks focusing on SAP ABAP/HANA skills as part of the ERM Platform.

Key Responsibilities

ABAP Skills:

• In depth knowledge of Data Dictionary (DDIC) Objects like Search Help, Domains, Data Elements, Structure, Tables, Views and Lock Objects.
• Hands on experience in RICEF (Report, Interface (RFC, BAPI, ALE/IDOC), Conversion(BDC/LSMW), Enhancements (CUSTOMER EXITS & BADI) and Forms (Smart forms/Scripts)) objects.
• Proficient in Dialog programs using screen painter, flow logic - with PBO, PAI and transaction code & subroutines and menu painter.
• Hands on experience on transferring data from legacy system to SAP R/3 system using various data transfer technique such as BDC (call transaction and session method ).
• Basic knowledge on Web Dynpro, BAPI, User exits.
• Skills in Debugging, SQL Trace (ST05)& Performance Tuning, and Extended Program Check for better performance.
• Basic Knowledge of Basis activity - Transport Request (T-code-STMS) and monitoring spool request (T-code-SP01).

HANA Skills:

• Experience with data modelling using Attribute View, Analytic View, and Calculation View.
• Responsible for modelling security models in HANA specific to schemas, packages and analytical privileges.
• Hands - on experience in creating Tables, Procedure, Decision Table, Table Function and various objects
• Experience with SAP HANA Programming including Structured Query Language (SQL), SQL Script and CEScript.
• Experience in working in JAVA Stack
• Experience with SAP HANA Administrator including managing schemas, data model objects, import / export content.
• Proven experience with reporting specially handling complex scenarios using joins, Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SQL.
• Experience with SAP HANA Data Provisioning and using SAP Landscape Transformation (LT) Replication Server (SLT).
• Knowledge of AMDP-ABAP managed Database Procedure and CDS (Core Data Service) View create in DDL source Editor.
• Experience with Data Extraction Transfer Loading (ETL) using SAP BOBJ Data Services 4.0
• Experience with SAP ECC table data model and analysis.
• Modelling experience in SAP HANA Studio, usage of SAP HANA views in ABAP.
