Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with business leaders to translate product vision and requirements into product architecture, design and roadmap for implementation.
• Take feedback from the market and stakeholders to constantly improve product features and quality.
• Provide thought leadership and mentoring to the technical team on critical technical issues.
• Drive innovation in product and recommend new cutting edge technologies in Automation, Natural Language Processing, Rules management, Knowledge Graphs and reasoning
• Lead development efforts by actively reviewing and optimizing the codes.
• Resolve coding challenges faced by the team with a hands-on approach

Required Expertise

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a client-facing role with Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven track record in the design and implementation of Web/Mobile solution/Products
• Ability to understand complex and ambiguous business needs and applying the right tools and approaches
• Extensive hands-on experience in the software development environment, Agile, and code review/management/versioning
• Hands-on with leading Software Development Processes.
• Extensive hands-on experience with JavaScript/Java frameworks such as React, Moustache /Handlebars, Bootstrap, Jquery, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring, Apache Camel, JPA(Eclipselink), Rest Apis, Swagger.
• In-depth knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modelling
• Knowledge of application security and securing the complete solution with high degree DevOps realization.
• In-depth Experience in REST/Web Services, Microservices, API gateway.
