Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. Primary Responsibilities:

• Be fully hands-on with technologies like Java, RDBMS (Oracle preferred), Cloud (K8s, Azure), Angular, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spark, Scala, Mirth, Airflow Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques. Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Conduct full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
• Understand the business objectives and analyze, dissect system requirements and technical specifications
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within information Technology software
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech. / MCA (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
• 4+ years of IT experience in architecture of ETL ( DataStage/Talend) & Big Data Technologies
• Having good working experience on Java, RDBMS (Orcale preferred), Cloud (K8s, Azure), Angular, Kafka, Spring Boot, Spark, Scala, Mirth, Airflow
• Knowledge on implementing Data Integrations projects from sourcing to auditing and implements controls for each stage of Integration
• Good experience on Unix shell command and scripting.
• Experience of writing SQL and Complex SQL’s
• Thorough knowledge on how to implement spark to communicate to external APIs and Rabbit MQs
• Knowledge on Mule architecture & Kafka Streaming
• Able to handle Big data / large datasets
• Experience defining and analyzing multivariate tests
• Deeply analytical
• Query structured and unstructured data and perform exploratory data analysis for further advanced modeling
• Understand the business requirements and can speak to different stake holders
• Good Communication skills
• Able to estimate properly
• Experience of healthcare domain will be an advantage
• Guide and implement Optimization techniques across projects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally, and to think with a medium term and long term perspective
