Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and understanding the Quality specifications of US Healthcare domain
• Understand Product customizations, data mappings and the configurations and create the detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Perform thorough System, Integration, Regression and End to End testing of a Medicaid Management Information System
• Understand Batch processing and perform the data validations in the tables by running the inbound and outbound batch jobs
• Perform thorough validations of Facets Interfaces, Letters, Extensions, Reports and Configurations
• Understand the Data Model and Create Complex SQL queries to Identify and Create the Data
• Perform API testing including data prep and managing API dependencies
• Automating test data management for API and frameworks tests
• Perform Automation Testing (Selenium with Java / Python), API testing
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Strong 10-12 years of prior experience in US Healthcare testing projects
• Hands-on experience with open source web automation tools along with knowledge of commonly used Test Design patterns, externalizing configurations, etc.
• Experience in understanding and creating the different EDI files like 837, 834, 835, 274
• Hands-on experience with testing and automating using Selenium / Java / Python, Robot Framework
• Experience working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins for executing automated tests with ALM or Rally
• Strong knowledge in the Claims Life Cycle, Member Enrollment, Billing, US Health Plans / Product configurations, Providers and Utilization Management and Financial Management
• Knowledge of different SDLC models and should have worked in Agile methodology
• Strong communication collaboration and influencing skills to drive change
• Problem solving techniques and interpersonal skills
• Able to write complex SQL queries

Preferred Qualification:

• Hands-on experience with Python and Robot Framework
• Knowledge in Facets Data Model, Core batch jobs
• Knowledge in testing the Facets Online, Inbound and outbound Interfaces, Letters, Extensions, Reports and Facets Configurations
