Roles and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Enterprise Architects, own Backend Design and Development
• Hands-on design and development responsibilities to manage existing modules and Create

design for new modules based on specifications / requirements

• Collaboration with UI / Client architects to ensure a healthy client and server interactions
• Supervise, guide and mentor developers to deliver code, testing and deployments
• Initially own deployment and releases and later work with the soon-to-be-hired Deployment

engineer(s)

• Solve technical problems, R&D to provide multiple solution options to a given problem with pros and cons for each solution
• Design documentation, creation of test cases both automated and manual

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 10+ years Hands-on experience

Must Have Skill

• Solution approach with design patterns knowledge and implementation
• Strong Java and J2EE programming experience (Core & Advanced)
• Database programming with JDBC, Spring and with MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle etc.
• REST Services design, development and integration with other systems
• Performance design experience with caching. Quality through Test Cases and automation
• Build, deployment and packaging of enterprise applications
• R & D capability to explore new frameworks and technologies for fit to target solutions
• Ability to work in a healthy team environment team-first attitude is a MUST

Good-to-have Skills

• Basic UI development knowledge HTML, JSP, Angular etc.
• Mobile app support via REST Services and interactions
• Elasticsearch & Salesforce Development
