Pentair is currently looking for Data Scientist who are passionate to work in digital transformation area, IoT enablement and wanted to pursue a career by turning their research ideas/ knowledge into technical plans using technology tool & techniques. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define the roadmap related to Data Science and Analytics activities
• Interact with key Business Stakeholders and identify the use case/problem statement solvable through data
• Interact with platform architecture team based on the requirement
• Focus towards presenting the data for Visualization so that business unit/engineering team can leverage the information.
• Conversion of raw IoT data to readable format using Big Data Technologies
• Data Modelling and applying machine learning models on the structured data.
• Generating meaningful insights, trends from unstructured/structured data.
• Focus towards Data Security and Scalability as the data grows for IoT Devices.

Skills Required:

• Strong exposure in solving business problem statement through data.
• Machine Learning exposure to anomaly detection problem.
• AWS services and Tools Quick sight ( Visualization/Data Analysis), Athena(SQL Queries) , Glue (Big Data), Lambda( Serverless Computing)
• Good exposure to languages Python or Scala
• Strong analytical and numerical skills

Qualifications: B. Tech. Computer Science/ IT 8-12 year of experience
