We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Developer to oversee the development of functional .NET applications. 

• Candidate should have minimum 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience. 
• You will work with the CEO/CTO to define software/application requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects and report back.
• You will be acting in a managerial role, overseeing the functions of the associate .NET developers, review the code and guide them. 
• You will need to manage a team of 4-5 associate developers.
• You should step in application coding whenever necessary.
• You will be directly involved with application coding, application debugging and testing, code review, application deployment and application support.
• You will be involved in client meetings, presales demos, client demos and requirement gatherings, so communication skills should be very strong.
• You will be directly involved with support team to understand and solve any client issues.
• Candidate should have minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in web application development using .NET technologies and third-party APIs.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in front end development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in Mobile application development using Xamarin.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Business One SDK and SAP Business one DI-API and Crystal Reports.
• Should have minimum 5 years of experience in MSSQL RDBMS and DML queries.
• Candidate should have analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Candidate should be self-motivated and should work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational and leadership skills are very important.
• Candidate should be willing to work extra hours whenever necessary.
• Candidate should have their own transport.
• Candidate should be willing to signee a minimum of 2 years contract.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4 to 5 software developers.
• Meeting with CEO/CTO and clients to determine application requirements.
• Report to CEO/CTO about the ongoing progress.
• Upgrading existing .NET applications.
• Analysing system requirements and delegating development tasks to team members.
• Developing technical specification document.
• Writing scalable code for .NET software applications.
• Reviewing and debugging .NET application code.
• Providing guidance for junior developers and code review.
• Deploying functional applications and client support.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in C# | VB.NET
• Experience in developing ASP.NET MVC | ASP.NET Core applications
• Experience in developing WEB API
• Experience in Entity Framework | LINQ | ADO.NET
• Proficient knowledge in MSSQL RDBMS and DML Queries
• Experience in Web application development using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Experience in client-side frameworks jQuery | Angular
• Familiarity with Azure Web Apps 
• Experience in SAP Business one SDK, SAP Business one DI API and Crystal reports
• Experience in Mobile application development using Xamarin
