SDE/ Senior SDE - Big Data

What Youll Do?

Data is the very epi centre of all businesses today. We are seeking extremely smart and motivated individuals who can build well engineered, scalable and smoothly operational big data solutions that will have a direct line of influence on our business.

You will be responsible for

• Requirements gathering by interfacing with Data Science, Business Intelligence and other stakeholder teams
• Selecting and integrating Big Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities
• Work with data source providers to understand and validate source data to ensure they are adequate
• Implementing ETL process, and Feature engineering
• Create automated End to End job flows from Ingestion, Transformation, Validation, Feature engineering, Model execution and data model data export
• Implement full data life cycle management

Who We Are Looking For?

• Proficient understanding of distributed computing principles
• Proficiency with Hadoop, AWS Elastic Map Reduce, AWS Redshift
• Knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks
• Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
• Experience with various messaging systems, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB (preferred)
• Experience with ML toolkits, such as Scikit Learn, RASA Entity Extraction (preferred)
• Bachelors or Masters degree in CS from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes).
• 2+ years of experience in software/data product development and delivery
