Responsible for all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, custom code, and the execution on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement in coordination with its Canadian counterpart.
Work closely with stakeholders to provide architectural solutions and technical oversight for projects and changes
Sharing expertise on standards, guidelines, and design best practices based on industry accepted practices
Job Requirements
5+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com
Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API
Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, Java or C++, SOAP-based web services
Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
Strong understanding of relational databases
Report & Dashboard Building (understanding the different models, etc.)
Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projects
Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async
Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills with both business and technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field
Certification as Salesforce.com Administrator or Advance Administrator
Certification as Salesforce.com Developer is a plus
