Responsibilities

• You will be writing code in React Js targeting the latest versions of our technology stack and encouraged to think creatively in order to fully utilize these tools.
• You will participate in regular design sessions, code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• You will work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team to help deliver high quality features inside of agreed timescales
• You will Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries where appropriate
• You will Identify areas for modification inside our code-base and champion their improvement
• You will lead by example, contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution

• You will also coordinate with Clients directly on various aspects of the project lifecycle.
• You will be crafting responsive pages using HTML/CSS (SCSS preferred)
• You will monitor own solution and optimize the code to use deliver high performance and less size of React Components
• You will engage in Unit Test Creation and leading CSS Frameworks
• You will be building reusable components and front - end libraries for future use
• You will be translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Sometimes you might be giving technical interviews to clients or internal teams before you are on-boarded on new projects.

Requirements & Skills:

• 3-7 years of development experience
• Modern web/front-end framework (React JS)
• Typescript, CSS or LESS, Javascripts, HTML/CSS.
• Modern source control systems (like Git, Bitbucket )
• Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout the development life cycle.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).

Good to have:

• Agile, Scrum, TDD
• Exposure of Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices (DevOps)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• SonarQube and writing clean code best practices
• Experience with risk, compliance and document control business technology
