Job Title:-Software Engineer - QA

Location: Noida,

Shift Timing 12noon to 9pm

Salary:- Upto 8 LPA

Job description

1. Connect with stakeholders to understand project purpose and functional requirements

2. Prepare test plans, test cases

3. Review test plans, test cases created by peers

4. Test execution and manage test cycles and defects

5. Prepare test reports, and defect review with required stakeholders

6. Work in Agile teams

7. Functional and load testing of different web applications

8. Data verification/validation across MySQL and SQL DBs as per business need

9. Keen to learn and support testing of mobile applications as per business need

10. Keen to learn and support API and security testing

Key Skills Needed (CTQs) {Must have}

1. 4+ Years of experience in functional testing of business applications.
2. Good experience at data verification/validation with working knowledge of at least one of the databases like MySQL, SQL Server.
3. Experience in one of the automation tools such as Selenium, Appium etc.
4. Hands on experience in one of the performance testing tools e.g. Apache JMeter.
5. Familiarity with any defect management tools e.g. Bugzilla, Jira or similar tools
6. Hands on experience in scripting, DOS/Linux commands
7. Proficient in written and spoken English

Desired Skills (CTPs) {Good to have}

1. NoSQL database knowledge e.g. Mongo DB

2. Knowledge of data driven test framework

3. Experienced in working with Agile teams

4. Knowledge of continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Test NG, Maven etc.

5. Experience in e-commerce domain
