Roles and Responsibilities

• Automation feasibility analysis
• Create test automation plans and scripts integrated to the development pipeline.
• Providing testing solutions to business problems
• Collaborate with the other QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies.
• Evaluate testing process, make recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Hands on expertise in Selenium
• Experience in developing Selenium automation framework from scratch
• Experience in test automation for Agile Continuous Integration/Development.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Provide guidance and rules to determine which test cases can and should be automated.
• Preparing strategy including prioritization to automate existing test cases with Selenium.
• Deep understanding of software testing, its main concepts, and processes, the whole bug life cycle; different testing levels, methods, and types
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to interact with project team members, clients, and stakeholders as well as work closely with the development team.
• Experience working with project planning and tracking tools such as JIRA / Redmine.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Exposure to various types of testing including functional, regression, performance, security etc.
• Knowledge of Healthcare or Digital Payment domain (desirable)
• Education Qualifications: Engineering or Technical Degree (BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech/ MCA).
