About the role:
This position works closely with the Software Engineering Lead, Application Support Team, Application Users and Product Owner on a number of different projects. These projects will include both internal and external reporting projects, focusing on a number of areas within the teams. These will include reporting on Jira Backlog and Jira tickets to various stakeholders as well as working on other reporting aspects including Application Reporting in Oracle Service Cloud, and supporting Data Pipelines for other applications the team support.
