Job Title: Python Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Developer in Bangalore who is up for the challenge of building a scalable and gamified platform.

Who you are

• Tech-obsessed, start-up hungry, perform under pressure and time constraints, eager to make a big impact by building a global product, happy to work on a small team with high responsibility and very good knowledge of Python/Django
• Understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and come up with effective solutions
• Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general
• Built and published backend architecture systems before
• Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge in DevOps
• 5+ to 7 years of industry experience (product/start-up preferred) with focus on back-
  end development

Bonus if you have:

• Good Understanding of AWS/GCP
• Full-stack knowledge
• Prior start up experience

• Help us develop and scale our platform infrastructure to get every blue-collar Indian to participate.
  • Be involved and drive product & design discussions
• Deliver reliable solutions that handle massive data and high traffic.
• Take initiative and work with minimal supervision while also reporting on deliverables and results
  • Understand responsive design and write high-performance and reusable code
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
