Roles and Responsibilities

• Accountable for the entire project scope, project team, resources, and the success or failure of multiple projects.
• Building up and leading the Teams to the success of multiple projects
• Planning, Executing, Managing, and Tracking the projects for any given engagement.
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives and oversee the success of all the projects.
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems
• Coordinate cross-project activities
• Knowledge of scrum master
• Knowledge of testing
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other team members
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
• Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
• Resolve projects higher scope issues
• Prepare reports for all internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
• Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
• Working knowledge of programming.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
