Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in PHP development (Core PHP, frameworks like Laravel/Lumen, Laravel FWK, CMS systems like WordPress.
• At least 2 years acting in a senior architecture / technical lead role in a comparable organization.
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on work experience building, integrating, and delivering enterprise-wide web applications using PHP frameworks and other technologies for large organizations on complex projects.
• Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, XHTML, jquery, JavaScript
• Strong experience in design, implementation, and optimization of RDBMS databases, especially MySQL/MariaDB.
• Advanced knowledge of PHP 7-8, PHP development.
• Must possess a strong understanding of Object-Oriented technology, dynamic content retrieval, Unit testing techniques (like nunit, xunit and junit), debugging techniques, Multi-tier Web Services / RESTful APIs.
• Well-versed with version control systems like git, bitbucket, and github.
• Must have knowledge of Microservices architecture using AWS, AWS Lambda.
• Through understanding of component /module/ sub-system design
• Understanding of Cloud concepts, cloud deployments
• Working knowledge of Agile development, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), DevOps (CI/CD) methodologies.
• Ability to engage with multi-site teams in a multi BU environment
• Perform code reviews and help resolve technical issues.
• Ability to understand enterprise app scalability and security aspects
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana.

Technical Lead Responsibilities:

• Ability to code and implement front-end web applications and backend processing systems.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies, technologies, prepare proofs-of-concept.
• Convert business requirements into technical documentation using UML diagrams.
• Accountable for peer review, and quality using various design principles and patterns.
• Manage Documentations of each stage of development and management.
• Enforce to follow Secure Coding guidelines. Optimize Code as well as database performance.
• Coordinate with co-developers and keep project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as a liaison between development staff and project manager
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
• Foreseeing the project risk and defining mitigation plan and keeping the manager updated.
• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
• Execution of software development to manage accuracy and quality. Manage and control the quality of design, code, and deployment process of web modules development.
• Solve complex performance and other critical problems and architectural challenges.
• Supervise architecture and lead efforts to develop a technical roadmap of the overall system.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and hold regular meetings for improvising technical skills.
• Guide, Coach, and mentor software engineers.
• Effective communication, Teamwork, Team Handling, Adaptability, Flexibility, Leadership, Problem-solving, Work Ethics, and Creativity is expected from the deserving candidate.
• Should be able to conduct technical interviews and help in team building.

Qualification:

• B Tech /B.Sc /MS degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
• Experience working within technology, internet company will be a plus.
