The Junior Oracle DBA role is based in our Kochi office. The successful candidate should have 2 years experience in technical support. They will be involved with the management of multiple Oracle production and development environments. The role encompasses monitoring and support in addition to the processing of requests. To succeed in this role, applicants will need to be extremely conscientious in both following and documenting processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the Live, DR and Development environments
• Process requests and enact changes to all databases
• Development support including code reviews and monitoring load tests
• SQL and PL/SQL development as necessary to complete administration tasks
• Shell or other scripting to perform administration tasks
• Documentation of new and existing processes

• Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
