Must have a strong Foundation in core Javascript
Must have strong understanding of event-loop model and asynchronous programming
Good understanding of Node.js and the most common packages in the ecosystem
Good understanding of Node.JS frameworks like Express, Hapi
Good understanding of HTTP protocol and RESTful APIs
Working knowledge of node.js package management and the tools ecosystem like npm, yarn, gulp, grunt, etc
Must have strong knowledge of No-SQL Databases and its concepts (EX: DynamoDB, MongoDB)
Should be familiar with linters like ESLint
Should know to setup node.js debuggers to improve development workflow
Should know to configure sessions and cookies in node.js
Must have good understanding of version management systems like Git
Should know caching system like Redis
Should have Knowledge of performance improvement (Server, UI and Database)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
