Job description: Digital Marketing Executive
1. Plan and execute the integrated digital marketing calendar with a focus on the delivery of all the social media/online marketing activities
2. Craft & execute brand engagement opportunities online in liaison with the overall marketing activation for the period. Stay up to date and informed on social media tools, strategies, and best practices
3. Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
4. Create and implement digital campaigns across multiple platforms to increase the brand presence, with the right target audience.
5. Measure the effectiveness of the campaigns as per the brand funnel and ensure improvements in consideration and eventual consideration
6. Provide analytics & reporting on all marketing campaigns- ROAS Analysis, Clicks, Conversions, and other funnel metrics.
7. Prepare & implement action plans to improve key metrics. Bring in new marketing initiatives - content & pull strategies
8. Scout for new technology / digital partners and assess strategic fit with our business requirements. Negotiate and onboard the finalized partners/vendors.
9. Co-ordinate with a digital agency for campaign planning & seamless execution
10. Liaise with our other venture partner for conducting joint marketing activities
11. Analyze customer behavior and efficacy of our marketing campaigns. Measure & quantify the impact of marketing campaigns and recommend action items accordingly
12. Promote the brand website (organic & inorganic), manage & refresh the content periodically and drive high user engagement on the site
13. Continuously monitor the performance of our social channels and make changes as required
14. Prepare high impact reports on a weekly/monthly basis and for the marketing activities
Competencies:
-Online marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Social media marketing, retargeting, programmatic advertising, etc.)
- Data Analytics
- Experience in handling large campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact. Preference from product space background, with an inclination towards luxury brands
- Proficient in web Analytics (usage of Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
-MS Office (mainly Excel and PPT)
