Role : Manager Full Stack Development(Javascript)

We are looking for a qualified Lead Full Stack developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for building the client-side of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.

What are you expected to do?

• Technical Guidance: You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers; this requires that you have the technical depth to make complex design decisions and the hands-on ability to lead by example. You will also be responsible to drive self-started improvements in systems and services to drive value for the business.
• Execution and Delivery: You will be expected to install and follow good software development practices and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. You should be familiar with agile practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus on product quality.
• People Leadership: You will provide guidance and leadership to a team of young engineers, and will be responsible to provide career counselling, development and progression.

What will make your candidature great ?

• BE / ME, MTech in CS/EE/ECE or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience, including experience in large-scale applications.
• Application development experience on Node.js , CSS3 and HTML5.
• Hands on experience on React UI framework
• Experience with various testing and mocking frameworks in TDD and/or BDD environments.
• Lead a team of 8+ engineers for at least 5 years.
• Experience with a source control tool, like Git, SVN, TFS, or similar.
• Ability to work closely with the product leads to understand the business needs and propose technical solutions and epic-level estimates
• Proven ability to manage a team of exceptional developers
• Fluency in English required, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
