Job Description:

Required Skills:

• Understand the test requirements of the application end-to-end
• Experience in testing applications on varied technology platforms.
• Salesforce platform experience of 2 years is preferred
• Should have worked extensively in agile mode of testing in test design, test case creation, execution.
• Tracking of STLC flows in test management system like Jira
• Proficient in Blackbox functional testing, regression testing, database testing and UI Testing
• Knowledge of testing techniques
• Ability to identify the Testing Strategies at the module level

Optional Skills:

• Unit testing, API testing, Postman, XML, JSON
• Can perform root cause analysis and identify / report source of error
• Ability to do test strategy and test planning for the entire system
• Familiarity with Behavior-driven development
• Knowledge/Experience with automated testing tools is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Leverage manual techniques to effectively test new and existing features
• Create/execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers).
• Provide client support post-production for simple troubleshooting/query resolution.
• Assist in preparing the Defect analysis report.
• Actively participates in walkthrough, inspection, review, and user group meetings for quality assurance.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test techniques.

Qualification:

BE/B.Tech degree with at least 65% across academic performance
