Job Title : Lead IT Consultant - Azure and IT Infrastructure
Location : Pune
Basic Qualification : Graduation B.Sc. B.E., B. Tech, M.Sc.
Experience : 8 to 10 years
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Delivering services and solutions for Client and its customers as part of the IT Infrastructure Team.
Working directly with customer to support various projects and provide solutions.
Understand clients pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
Developing good repo with customers as a part of excellent customer experience.
Maintain and support multi-site windows environment along with hardware and software configuration.
Azure Infrastructure build, manage & end to end support.
Need to manage Azure Compute, Backup, Networking, Azure ASR/DR, Monitoring
Implement regular checks for the status of servers including hardware and software (OS & etc)
Management of server migration when requested by the customer per application need.
Test and certify new versions of windows operating system providing better solution and integration for the application like Hyper-V, VMWare.
Data backup & restoration Management,
AV deployment and management.
MS SQL Database Management and support
Build & deploy the server infrastructure for Test/UAT & Prod Environment
Vendor co-ordination like Internet lease line, UPS etc
Proactively monitoring IT Infrastructure.
Work on the Ad-Hoc IT tasks/requests/issues as they arrives/reported.
Knowledge and Experience
Hands on experience of Azure IT Infrastructure environment.
Hands on experience of installing & configuring Windows servers and should have exposure to Linux servers will be an advantage.
Experience on Data centre, user identity & access management (AD/AAD) and backup solutions, RAID Configuration, Storage (SAN/NAS), Clustering will be an advantage.
Experience of On Premise to Cloud migration is an advantage e.g. O365 and Azure.
Hands on experience in MS SQL database administration & management.
Hands on experience in O-365 portal & applications (like Emails, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc) administration.
Hands on experience in managing Antivirus solutions like, Kaspersky, SEP, TM, Adaptive Defence 360 Etc.
Strong Working knowledge of Virtual Architecture (VMWare, Hyper-V).
Experience on managing network infrastructure (Firewall, DNS, File Server load balancer etc.) as a primary support.
Experience in end user computing IT support (like outlook, browser, network connectivity issue) will be an advantage.
Should be familiar with IT Audits procedures.
Knowledge of IT Information Security standard practices.
Skills
Demonstrate good communication skills (Written & Verbal).
Highly confident while providing IT support to users.
Detail-oriented and/or meticulous with a keen desire to deliver the highest quality service to customer and setting high standards for excellent customer service.

Team player working closely with other members of service delivery.
