Team Lead /Technical Lead/Architect (Angular/Node/MongoDB.Net)

Job Objective

JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined work flows and reducing the usage of email and paper. 

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and monitor crucial components of the infrastructure
• Develop client side web components and bleeding-edge stable, scalable, backend
• Design and implement real-world, real-time, algorithms
• Take part in the product roadmap with a high impact on the company.
• IT Strategy and Consulting, Application Development, and Business Development
• Should be an avid communicator in interfacing and reporting to clients on a regular basis
• Lead team members to define and deliver projects including scope, approach, deliverables, milestones and detailed work plans
• Responsible and interfacing with Client, Development, Architecture, QA teams to collect and execute the requirements
• Utilize appropriate project management techniques and methodologies, coordinating resources across teams as needed.
• Ensure architecture design and development best practices are in place and followed, as well as change management and other process guidelines.
• Review and manage team performance. Directly supervise developers. Set direction, coordinate and evaluate team performance.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and written, with team members, peers, manager, business users and company leadership.
• Should be an individual contributor and should be aware of the entire SDLC ( Software development Life Cycle )

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• BE, B.Tech, MCA/Other Engineering graduates having experience in Software development.
• 6+ years experience in software development
• 6+ years technology leadership experience utilizing industry-leading open source stacks
• Product processes expertise: Agile, Cloud CI/CD, testing & testing automation
• Experience developing mission critical products

• Large scale business-logic and dependencies
• Developing apps that work offline and can sync to the cloud over unstable internet connection
• Consolidating multiple data sources to make analytics based business decisions
