Our tiny team has been producing groundbreaking software in the horizontal construction industry. Our software helps our customers better plan and execute projects, with the goal of reducing production costs and increasing production output through efficient movement of crew and materials. We've covered a lot of ground to be the best, but we're not stopping any time soon.

What we expect:

• A good programmer with reasonable experience shipping code. Being a master of one's toolkit with a desire to write precise, readable, maintainable, performant code.
• Excellence in collaboration and communication skills are a core requirement of the remote only work life. Participating in team discussions, speaking up about programming or business questions, and having low friction between teammates is of utmost importance.
• Ability to self-learn, problem solve, make good decisions. Much of the programming in our team involves making decisions and figuring out solutions to problems.

What you can expect.

• A small team of engineers and executives distributed in the US and India who enjoy sharing memes on slack.
• Manage your own work timings except when absolutely required. We don't have project managers or tight deadlines and encourage experimenting with new ideas.
• Work with EmberJs on the frontend and/or Rails on the server-side. You will get adequate time and assistance in onboarding navigating the codebase and framework.
• See your work impact customers' lives daily with close collaboration.
• Get paid. We're profitable and are set up to be around for the long term.
