You must have:
Absolute clarity in OOD fundamentals & Data Structures.
Prociency in Java 8 and Spring MVC 4 or above.
Strong experience on Web Services using RESTful implementation.
Good working knowledge of ORM frameworks like Spring JPA, Hibernate.
Understanding of commonly used design principles and design patterns.
Complete mental orientation towards reusability.
Ability to write technical design documents for small components.
Working experience in writing automated unit tests using JUnit or Jasmine or any other similar framework.
The ability to do high quality code reviews.
Knowledge of caching techniques to improve application performance.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications.
Working experience with Scrum methodology.
Strong desire to go out of your comfort zone.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to various tools that help in validating code quality and CI/CD tools like SonarQube and Jenkins.
Exposure to Atlassian JIRA or other task management tools.
Working experience of Git.
Experience of handling a team of at least 2 - 3 members
