Java Full Stack Developer

• Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for all technical aspects to develop, integrate and support Telephony, Messaging, Chat platforms.
• This includes applications like Genesys Engage, Genesys Pure Cloud, Live Engage, Remote Support Software (Bomgar) etc.
• Primary responsibilities will include developing, integrating and supporting these platforms to meet Business needs and implement projects to rollout new technologies to enhance customer experience.

Experience- Min 3+ Years Exp as Full Stack Developer

Other Skills:

• Development experience in Front End frameworks and technologies like React.js, Anjular.js
• Experience in Java Client-Side Web Development & JavaScript Framework - JavaScript, Node.js, CSS, HTML, Java, jQuery, ExtJS and JavaScript MVC framework, web socket programming, experience building chrome extensions.
• Experience in Integration & API Protocols and Data Formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML, Oauth, SAML, Open ID Connect, etc.).
• Experience in NoSQL technologies like Cassandra/ MongoDB and RDBMS like Oracle/MySQL.
• Hands-on development experience in Java, EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Struts, Hibernate, Java Web App Server (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat.
• Working knowledge on Azure, AWS, Grafana, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Splunk, Datadog.
• Domain knowledge & working experience on CTI, Telephony, Chat, Messaging platforms (e.g. Genesys Engage, Genesys Pure Cloud, Live Person, Amazon Connect, Nice In Contact)
• Good to have development experience with MS Dynamics 365 and integrating with Telephony/Chat systems.
• Person will be working in a ‘dev-ops’ role, and will be involved in 24x7 Platform Operational Support, Performance Tuning, Alert & Monitoring.
• Worked in a good Enterprise level organization with good exposure to SDLC development processes.
