Looking for people preferably from Tier 1 Colleges or someone who is able to build a system end to end when provided with use case and requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design, implementation, and deployment of applications.
2. Expert knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices.
3. Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions
4. Work extensively with cross-functional teams.
5. Work with the business team and project managers to convert functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
6. The ideal candidate should be able to operate in a very fast paced environment where time to hit the market is super critical. 

Desired Candidate Profile

1. B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience;
2. 1-4yrs years of Software Development experience;
3. Excellent object-oriented design and coding skills (Java, J2EE) on UNIX platform.
4. Mandatory work experience in skills sets: JDBC, PostgreSQL, JAX- RPS.
5. Very strong software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development
6. Solid Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases
7. Software development experience in Servlet, JSP, Spring, AWS, S3, SQS, building web services and highly scalable applications or Google Cloud Suite
8. Should have excellent understanding of OOPS - Knowledge of SDL (Software development Lifecycle)
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
