• Execute MS Dynamics CRM implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, development, and post live support.•Experience in administration, configuration, implementation and support of MS Dynamics CRM applications•Support practice development initiatives, which includes knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc.•Should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders•Proven history of demonstrated technical skills related to Dynamics CRM (C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows or Web resources) and CRM SdK proficient skills)•Should demonstrate strong customer service orientation•Possesses good understanding of general project management principles•Hands on experience in configuration and development of the Dynamics CE environment with expericen on :oAzureoPower Platform

Education / professional qualifications

MBA from a reputed college is preferred.

Prior Experience: The candidate must have 4 - 9 years of relevant techno-functional experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4.

Experience & Background

• Experience in CRM consulting with strong expertise in MS DynamicsCRM/365 modules
• Must have working experience on at least 3 CRM implementations aroundsales, marketing and service for large enterprises and have extensiveconfiguring and development
• Strong understanding of MS Dynamics functionality, business processes andscenarios. Below is an illustrative list:
• Collaborates with the solution architects to ensure scalable andefficient solutions are envisioned, designed, developed, andimplemented to meet business needs.
• Support the team in building the requirement document anddetermining how key business functions can be supported within targetapplication(s) and building the product roadmap of the CRM applicationand its modules.
• Experience operating in Shared Services or offshore-onshore teams
• Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment (consulting) with minimalsupervision
• Certifications/Trainings: MS Dynamics CRM/365
